The goal was to hire a trainer to conduct a three-part, virtual social media training series, for up to 1,000 independent consultants. I reached out to Natalie at the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak to see if we could put together a social media training for the Dealership that I work for. I didn't know how things would come to play seeing how we were miles away from each other but via Zoom, Natalie made it happen! We spoke on the phone and I told her exactly what I was wanting out of the training and how long the training needed to be. Also, how many days of the week we would be able to Zoom call. In less than 24 hours after our conversation, she had an effective outline of what a 4-week training program would look like for us. Any questions that I or my team had, she had the answer for it.
